Nigerian breakout musician Asake has dropped off a melodic new cut, titled “2:30,” alongside an accompanying music video directed by Edgar Esteves.

Last month, Asake made his late-night television debut with a mash-up of “Yoga/Organize” on The fresh track, which will appear on Asake’s forthcoming full-length project later this year, sees the Afrobeats singer celebrate his originality, with a beat composed of percussion and various synths, from producers Magicsticks and BlaiseBeatz.
