To everyone’s utter disappointment, what he delivered was an election that may well go down in Nigeria’s history as the worst ever. Yet Buhari’s only chance of redeeming himself was the promise he made to deliver the best election in Nigeria’s fledgling democracy. And it wasn’t just the badly mismanaged economy, but also the high level of insecurity, nepotism and a rudderless administration led by a cabal, which ran the country aground while the president, either due to ill health or just dis-interestedness, fiddled while Nigerian suffered.

The burning issue of corruption in public office is not sufficiently addressed in the Tinubu action plan.

The “centre of excellence” as Lagos is known in Nigeria, is Bola Tinubu’s fiefdom. That includes the current governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who is running for a second term. “The resources of the state must be used to uplift and benefit the people of Lagos.” He argues Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu are responsible for the difficulties caused by the lack of housing and a shortage in public transport that mean massive traffic jams that regularly bring the city to a standstill.

Open Letter to The Newly Elected President of Nigeria By Rev. Fr ... (National Insight News)

Mr. President, as Nigerians we are highly religious even though it seems superficial. It is estimated that 50 percent of Nigerians.

Mr. Hello Mr. The federal government should visit nations like: Israel, USA, Russia, Germany, and others – seek assistance from them. The federal government should be in charge of the federal security forces, the regional state governors should be in charge of the regional policing, the state governors should be in charge of state policing, and, the local government chairmen should be in charge of community policing. However Mr. Various regions and states should be self-sustaining. Drones and other technological apparatus can be used to give an adequate result of the land mass and land scape of the nation. Firstly, there is an urgent need to survey the land scape of the country. They should assist with technological and human resources to help tackle the present menace. It is high time we stopped depending on the allocation from the federal government to sustain various states in the nation. Various states in the nation should be productive. It also has over 500 languages, with English being the official language.
