Joao Felix came inches close to scoring Chelsea’s second goal as Havertz launched a sensational long ball and Felix chipped an effort over Danny Ward but the ball struck the post. Positionally, Mudryk was playing centrally and up top with Havertz playing off him on the right. Ben Chilwell scored as the former Fox struck a wonderful volley to give Chelsea the lead at the King Power Stadium. To cap off a fantastic afternoon, Kovacic scored the third Chelsea goal. Koulibaly produced some key blocks and interceptions in the second half as Leicester looked for their second goal. Wesley Fofana was sound in the first half and came close to scoring his second goal in two games as a powerful header was saved by Danny Ward. Fernandez was superb again and these kinds of performances are becoming the norm for the 22 year old. Initially, Leicester midfield was getting the better of Kovacic and Fernandez but soon the Croatian got into his element. Kalidou Koulibaly assisted Chilwell’s goal as the Senegalese sent a cross toward the far post and Chilwell made exquisite contact to volley the ball in the back of the net. Rodgers seems incapable of turning things around no matter what he tries and looks sure to leave Leicester one way or another - no matter what division the East Midlanders find themselves in. The former Liverpool boss claimed in his post-match press conference that chants regarding his position had no effect but there almost seems to be an air of resignation over Rodgers' future. The Belgian endured a torrid afternoon against Chelsea as Apart from his goal, it was also a very assured and confident outing from the left-back, who now firmly appears to be Potter's first choice in the position. The three points leaves the Londoners in tenth but they are now just five points behind fifth-placed [Liverpool](https://www.mirror.co.uk/all-about/liverpool-fc). He dallied on the ball before being robbed by Ricardo Pereira - Patson Daka getting on the scoresheet for the hosts from range. The Portuguese rounded off an excellent team move to seemingly put Chelsea in command after slotting home a low cross from Ruben Loftus-Cheek Chilwell duly celebrated in front of the Leicester fans after cupping his ears. football.london rates each of Chelsea's players after the Blues beat Leicester City 3-1 at the King Power Stadium to record their third successive victory ...

Did so well to block the ball off the line on 65 minutes and spared Kepa's blushes. Kai Havertz – His link-up with Felix was very impressive yet again. Really poor for Leicester's goal about six minutes before half-time. Unlucky with an offside goal in the second period. Ben Chilwell – Another man who was hearing plenty of boos from the Leicester fans but what a way to silence them! Produced a superb tackle to win the ball back from Patson Daka when Leicester looked threatening. Enzo Fernandez – Was asked to track James Maddison a lot of the time, who kept floating out to the left-hand side. He has really built on Tuesday's brilliant performance. Gets a really unexpected assist for Chilwell's goal. Kalidou Koulibaly – Plays a risky ball to Loftus-Cheek across the pitch early on and it's intercepted. 6. He dealt with the pressure well, though, showing great understanding and positioning throughout the 90 minutes.
