GdS: Probable XIs for Dinamo Zagreb vs. Milan – Rebic, Leao and ... (SempreMilan)

AC Milan and Dinamo Zagreb face off in Croatia tonight with the mission clear for Stefano Pioli's side: win at all costs to keep alive Champions League ...

An attacking front four is predicted by the paper, with Rafael Leao and Olivier Giroud returning to their respective positions and Charles De Ketelaere down as the playmaker, with Ante Rebic tipped to start on the right wing for only the second time ever under Pioli at Milan. Ciprian Tatarusanu should be in goal with Pierre Kalulu, Simon Kjaer, Matteo Gabbia and Theo Hernandez as the back four from right to left, and a ‘first choice’ double pivot of Ismael Bennacer and Sandro Tonali ahead of them. According to this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Pioli will make almost forced choices in defence with Fikayo Tomori suspended, Alessandro Florenzi injured and Davide Calabria out too.

There is a difference in quality, but the gap isn't too big. We'll have to be focused and composed and occupy the spaces well." Čačić's side initially fell behind in the top-of-the-table clash (a goal from Livaja), but they were able to draw level thanks to Petković's penalty in the second half. We need to approach the match well and with continuity. However, following the match at San Siro, [Díaz](https://www.acmilan.com/en/news/articles/awards/2022-10-23/diaz-is-the-mvp-of-ac-milan-v-monza), one of the Rossoneri's most in-form players, isn't fully fit, while Dest is unavailable. AC Milan need points to maintain their qualification hopes, and they will have to collect them in Zagreb, where neither Chelsea nor Salzburg were able to win.

Match Preview: Dinamo Zagreb vs AC Milan H2H, Form, Players To ... (The Offside)

A must win game for Milan and Pioli is deploying his most attacking combination yet.

Orsic is quick and can keep the ball close to him which can get him through our lines and force mistakes in dangerous areas. Orsic was the one player who caused us issues in the previous game and eventually managed to get the goal for his side. Leao needs to carry this pressure and get the ball into the back of the net.

"After fixing some positional problems, we resumed attacking with many players. "I think it is clear that our growth continues with qualification," Milan coach Stefano Pioli said. We must close out the job next week." Player Ratings: Dinamo Zagreb 0-4 AC Milan – Gabbia shines ... (SempreMilan)

AC Milan secured another big win as they beat Dinamo Zagreb by four goals to nil away from home. There were quite a few stand-out performances and down ...

Leao (7): Created the second goal all by himself and also ‘assisted’ the own-goal after a nice run. Rebic (6): Certainly not his finest performance with a lot of rocky moves but he improved a little as the game went on. Won the penalty after he made the run into the box and – as alluded to – got the assist for Gabbia. Hernandez (6.5): A few runs made life difficult for the home side but we didn’t really see that much of it this evening. Always followed his man closely and won the duels as well, which was nice to see. Stopped the strikers with ease and also showed off his passing a few times.
