Four minutes into the second half, Javairo Dilrosun found the bottom corner with the outside of his boot to equalise after Danilo had robbed George Cox.

Feyenoord poured forward looking for the winner but goalkeeper Ivor Pandur denied Walemark, Orkun Kokcu and a header from substitute Igor Paixão. Yilmaz missed two big chances to put his side further in front. Feyenoord had plenty of possession but they struggled to create any clear-cut chances and they were lucky that Fortuna didn’t take a 2-0 lead into the break.
